Enable SSL root cert validation option

soapUI is able to perform one-way ssl without having the CA root certificate. This seems to be SoapUI's default behavior and is not configurable.

We are using an in-house Certificate Authority, and we would like SoapUI to have the ability to be able to force root CA certificate validation, and not always bypass root CA validation. Please make this option configurable.
