Getting Exception for Property transfer in SOAP UI Pro

"java.io.IOException: Stream closed" Exception is thrown when Performing Response xml PROPERTY TRANSFER to DATASINK. When file name is changed, then its Success. i.e during second attempt, to transfer property to same file with Append option on, it fails.
