To parameterize project/workspace properties

I am not able to edit the project xml location in project properties. Is it possible to parameterize project/workspace location to avoid hardcoding?

Hi,
Click on project in soapui navigator on the left. In the project properties tab, there is a property named as "File". I wanted to know is it possible to parameterize the value for this property?
Similarly, is it possible to parameterise the value for the workspace also?
