SOPAUI Linux installation problem

Hi,
While installing SOAPUI Pro in Linux below error is obtained. I have downloaded the latest version and tried to install still have the same problem.

[root@vm_test_1 tmp]# ./soapUI-Pro-x32-4_0_0.sh -c

gunzip: sfx_archive.tar.gz: not in gzip format

I am sorry, but the installer file seems to be corrupted.
If you downloaded that file please try it again. If you
transfer that file with ftp please make sure that you are
using binary mode.
[root@vm_test_1 tmp]#

Pls let us know how to install the same in Linux machines.
All the Linux machines we have are 64 bit.
[root@vm_test_1 tmp]# uname -a
Linux vm_test_1 2.6.18-194.11.1.el5 #1 SMP Tue Jul 27 05:45:06 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

We also tried by Linux console but after double clicking no new window is opened.
We need SOAPUI run from Linux.

I got error in soapUI-Pro-x32-4_0_1.sh.
In installing the bin no error occurred. Currently using this for running the scripts.
