HTTP Recording General Options

When you launch the HTTP Monitor, you have to create a number of options for the recording. A subset of these options are changeable after stopping the monitor.

Option Description
01 Choose Http Tunnel or HTTP Proxy starts the monitor as an HTTP Proxy or HTTP Tunnel
02 Port choose port for Http Tunnel or Http Proxy
03 Incoming Request WSS Incoming WSS configurations are used to process outgoing messages
04 Incoming Response WSS Incoming WSS configurations are used to process incoming messages
05 Set as Proxy Set as global proxy
06 Set endpoint for HTTP Tunnel Set endpoint for HTTP Tunnel value
07 Reuse Request State Used for HTTP attributes that may persist from request to request, such as cookies and authentication.
08 Content Types to monitor Comma-separated list of content types to be included in the recording.

Monitor Options

When the monitor is stopped, a smaller set of options can be changed.

Option Description
01 Port choose port for Http Tunnel or Http Proxy
02 Max Log Maximum size of log
03 Incoming Request WSS Incoming WSS configurations are used to process outgoing messages
04 Incoming Response WSS Incoming WSS configurations are used to process incoming messages
05 Content Types to monitor Comma-separated list of content types to be included in the recording.
